Hamon-B.Grimm worked with TTCL public company limited (EPC) to supplied Cooling tower that consists of 4 cells in operation and 1 cell stand by, Total Capacity is 19,400 m3/hr for MOCD2 project and Erection completed in July,2020.
MOCD2 project is Project of Thai conglomerate Siam Cement Group (SCG)’s joint venture with US-based Dow Chemical, Map Ta Phut Olefins Company (MOC).
This project intends to increase the annual olefin production capacity of existing plant by 350,000 tons from current capacity of 1,700,000 tons (900,000 tons of ethylene and 800,000 tons of propylene). The plant is to be constructed adjacent to MOC’s existing olefin plant in Map Ta Phut, Rayong, Thailand and scheduled for completion in 2021.
